          Q:How long will it take for the Zune Pass to be added to my account?

          A:Typically it will take about 12 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours during times where we may be busier than normal.                       

          Q: I'm leery about giving out my login info for my Zune account, what can I do about this?

          A: If you are worried about the safety of your username and password, we recommend you change your password after your Zune Pass has been added. If you prefer not to give it out at all, we recommend you create a secondary Windows Live/Zune account and only use that account for the Zune Pass.

          Q:I have a question about my order or your service, how can I contact you?

          A:You may contact us using the form below, we normally respond within 12 hours, usually sooner.

          Q: I really don't like PayPal and don't want to use it, do you have any other options?

          A: Yes, we accept Amazon Payments for everything we sell. Contact us and let us know you'd like to make a purchase using Amazon Payments, and we'll send you an invoice.

          Q:I bought a two week trial and it doesn't seem to work in my area for some reason, what can I do?

          A: Simply send us an email and we'll provide you with a full refund.

          Q: When I order, am I locked into a contract or something like that?

          A:No, none of our products force you to purchase the Zune Pass every month, and they do not automatically renew.
